Ibintu 15 wakifashisha bigatuma uhora usa neza mu maso ya benshi–Urutonde

Gusa neza no kugaragara neza byerekana ko wiyitaho, kandi ni byiza ko abakubona babona usa neza.Niyo mpamvu hari inama z’ibintu bimwe na bimwe zerekana ibintu wakora kugira ngo uhore usa neza buri gihe.

1. Kumwenyura kenshi :

Byagaragaye ko abantu bahora bishimye, baseka badapfa kugaragara nk’abashaje.Abantu bahora bamwenyura bishimirwa na benshi kuruta abahora bijimye mu maso.

2. Kwambara indorerwamo zirinda izuba :

Ni byiza kwambara indorerwamo zikurinda izuba mu gihe cyaryo.Ni byiza kurinda uruhu rwawe by’umwihariko kugira ngo rutangizwa n’imirasire y’izuba, bityo ruhore rusa neza.

3. Kunywa amazi ahagije :

Abahanga mu by’ubuzima bagira abantu inama yo gukunda kunywa amazi ahagije, ni ukuvuga angana n’ibirahuri 6 cyangwa 7 ku munsi.Ibi bituma uruhu rwawe ruhora rutoshye.

4. Kuryama bihagije :

Nyuma y’ibintu byinshi biba byananije umubiri n’ubwonko, ni ngombwa kuruhuka kugira ngo byongere gukora neza.Abaganga bavuga ko umuntu akwiye kuryama amasaha atari hasi ya 7 ku munsi.

5. Gukora imyitozo ngororangingo :

Burya ngo abantu bakora imyitozo ngorora ngingo ntibapfa gusaza vuba ugereranjije n’abatayikora.Ibi bifasha amaraso gutembera neza, bikanfasha amagufwa kumererwa neza.

6. Kurya neza :

Gutakaza ibiro mu buryo bukomeye ni ingaruka yo kutarya neza.Ni ngombwa kurya indyo yuzuye kugira ngo ugire ibiro bikwiriye kandi unase neza.

7. Fata ama vitamini atandukanye :

Gufata vitamini zitandukanye ndetse n’ibindi umubiri ukenera utabona mu byo kurya bisanzwe ni ingenzi.Hari imiti ushobora gufata izana intungamubiri zidasanzwe utabona mu biribwa bisanzwe.

8. Kubana n’abantu bishimye kandi babona ibintu neza :

Kenshi burya abantu ubana nabo birangira usa nabo.Iyo ubana n’abeza bahora bishimye nawe niko umera bigatuma uhora usa neza.

9. Ntukanywe itabi :

Uretse kuba kunywa itabi bitera kanseri, binatuma urinywa agaragara nk’ushaje birenze uko ari by’ukuri, kuko usanga afite iminwa yirabura, iminkanyari mu isura, n’amenyo ariho amabara.

10. Ntukanywe inzoga :

Inzoga igira ingaruka mbi kimwe n’itabi, ikanatuma mu kanwa hagira impumuro itari nziza.

11. Irinde ibiyobyabwenge

Ubushakashatsi bwinshi bwagiye bwemeza ko ibiyobyabwenge bituma ubinywa asaza vuba, n’umureba akabona adasa neza.

12. Ambara neza :

Kenshi uko abantu bagufata biterwa n’uko wambaye.Igihe wambaye neza ugaragara neza mu maso y’abakubona.

13. Komeza kubona ibintu neza :

Kubona ibintu nabi buri gihe bituma uhora uhangayitse, unafite umubabaro.Gusa niba ushaka kubona umusaruro mu bintu ukora, gerageza kubona ko bizakugendekera neza maze ubikore wizeye utyo.

14. Gira umwanya ugenera umuryango wawe :

Ni byiza kugira umwanya uha inshuti zawe nziza by’umwihariko umuryango wawe.Aba ni abantu baguhora hafi kenshi, bashobora gutuma uhora wishimye, useka.Ibi bigatuma uhora ukeye mu maso.

15. Gabanya umunaniro :

Umuntu ufite umunaniro ntabwo agaragara neza.Kandi kwinaniza cyane ni intandaro yo gusaza vuba no gupfa vuba.

Gusa neza ni ingenzi iteka

Mu bindi bavuga byatuma uhora ugaragara neza harimo: kumva umuziki unejeje, kwambara imyenda imeshe kandi iteye ipasi, kugira isuku ku mubiri, no kwirinda ibyakurakaza.
