Uburyo karemano 6 wakoresha mu kurwanya umunaniro ukabije

Nubwo waba utazi ukuntu umunaniro wakwangiza ubuzima bwawe , ushobara kumenya uburyo wakoresha mu kuwirinda.

Nk’uko ikinyamakuru Psychology Today kibitangaza, umunaniro ni umwanzi w’ubuzima bw’abantu. Kunanirwa bitera ikorwa ry’umusemburo witwa cortisol.
