Wari uzi ko imbuto za Sezame ari urukingo rw’indwara z’ubwonko n’iz’umutima?

Imbuto za Sezame ni zimwe mu mbuto zifite akamaro gakomeye ku bice bitandukanye by’umubiri w’umuntu kuko zifasha cyane mu kurinda ubwonko ari nabwo bugenzura ibice byose by’umubiri.

Amavuta yoroshye asukika (huile cg oil):  Sezame kandi ishobora gukorwamo amavuta hifashishijwe akamashini kabugenewe. Ni meza cyane ajya kunganya agaciro n’ay’igiti cya elayo (huile d’olive) aya mavuta araribwa ndetse akaba yanakwisigwa kuko arinda uruhu cyane kwangizwa n’imirasire y’izuba ndetse no kumagara.
